Once you pay for your class, there are no refunds. If you change your mind, you must contact Makeup and More by Donna within 24 hours of payment to get a partial refund. A $20 fee will be deducted to cover transaction costs. After 24 hours, no refunds are given, no exceptions.

You can transfer your lesson to someone else by contacting me. If you don’t know who will use the class right away, that’s fine, but you must provide their information later. Without this, the transfer won’t be accepted, and the new person will have to contact me to arrange their lesson..

Life often happens while you are making plans, so I understand that schedules can change. Therefore, I allow one reschedule before retaining your full payment. Please provide at least 48 hours (2 days) notice if you need to reschedule. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the class without rescheduling, you will forfeit the tuition payment, and the lesson cannot be transferred. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy.

You’ve booked your makeup lesson! To get ready, please:

• Create a Zoom account if you don’t have one.

• Choose a comfortable spot with a working camera on your computer, phone, or tablet.

• Make sure you have enough space to spread out your makeup products.

• Use good lighting, preferably natural light from a window, and avoid light behind you.

• Gather all your makeup, skincare, and tools before the lesson.

• Have a mirror ready, ideally a pedestal mirror at eye level for a clear view.

Preparing these will help your lesson go smoothly and be more effective..

If Wi-Fi issues stop the class, the remaining time will be rescheduled for a later time that works for both. If you choose not to continue, no refund will be given. No exceptions.
